- A 19-seat movie theater, equipped with a state-of-the-art video and audio system, and comfortable leather seating provides a great movie experience with everything including a popcorn machine for parties
- A well-outfitted gourmet style kitchen with built-in cabinetry connects to a richly appointed dining room featuring wainscoting, hardwood floors, and 18-seat dining table
- A cozy library with classic carved furniture is the place to enjoy a book, watch TV, play card games and visit with friends
- A gym with a broad array of state-of-the-art exercise equipment enable ours owners to work out whenever they wish
As for the outside:
- 2 tennis courts allows plenty of game time for our homeowners and their guests
- A gorgeous community swimming pool, cabana, and spa provides excellent capacity for exercising or just splashing around on a hot summer day
